Meet Julia

Julia believes that the benefits of yoga go beyond what the eye can see; when you unite with your true self and connect with the world around you, the path to happiness is made clear. That’s why your experience at Julia Li Yoga not only influences your physical well-being, but also your emotional health through mind-body connection and ultimately allows you to live with more ease, clarity and joy.

Julia is a registered yoga teacher (E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500) and prenatal yoga teacher (RPYT®) with Yoga Alliance. She teaches various styles of yoga including Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga.
